The Platform is built on the Polygon blockchain. Your wallet address, transaction history, and on-chain interactions are publicly visible on the blockchain and are not under our control. This information is inherently public.

• Wallet address used to access the Platform
• Game activity: bets placed, games played, outcomes, winnings, and wager history
• Chip balance and transaction history within the Platform
• Referral relationships (who referred you and who you have referred)
• Session timestamps and activity patterns

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level)
• Browser type and version, device type
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
• Referrer URL

2.4 Voluntarily Provided Data

If you provide an email address (e.g., for updates or alerts), or contact us directly, we retain that information solely for the purpose you provided it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Operate and maintain the Platform and process gameplay
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
• Calculate and distribute jackpots, rewards, and referral bonuses

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management and analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage data. GA4 data is subject to Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of GA4 tracking via browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

We also use Tawk.to for live chat support. If you use the live chat feature, your messages and session data are subject to Tawk.to's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information:

• Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, customer support), subject to confidentiality obligations.

• Blockchain: Transaction data on the Polygon blockchain is inherently public and visible to anyone.

6. Data Retention

Gameplay and transaction records: retained for 7 years to meet financial record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and support fraud investigations. This includes wagers, wins, losses, deposits, withdrawals, and the wallet addresses associated with each.

Wallet-associated profile data (public address, chip balance, VIP tier, referral relationships): retained as long as the account remains usable on the Platform. Accounts with no activity for 24 months may be anonymized — on-chain transaction history persists on Polygon regardless.

Email addresses and other voluntarily provided contact data: retained for the purpose you provided them (e.g. marketing updates) and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or upon withdrawal of consent. Email addresses attached to inactive accounts are pruned after 12 months of inactivity unless you have re-confirmed consent.

Request deletion or export of your data by emailing support@vendettasaloon.ai. We respond within 30 days. Note: deletion requests cannot remove data legally required to be retained or data that has already been written to the Polygon blockchain.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication via cryptographic wallet signatures, and rate-limiting to prevent unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you.
