Not listed yet? List your project on the BotChain directory first. Listing is free and instant, and it is what gives you an appId.

Changing the registered wallet later pauses campaign creation until the project is verified again. That is deliberate: verification confirms a project and the wallet that controls it, so a wallet nobody reviewed never inherits the access.
