Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vendetta Saloon ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vendetta Games.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is not intended for use by residents of or persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to: the United States of America (including all states and territories), the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, and any other jurisdiction that has enacted legislation prohibiting online gambling.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any such restricted jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3. Nature of the Platform

Vendetta Saloon is a cryptocurrency-based gaming platform that uses VDT tokens on the Polygon blockchain. The Platform uses a provably fair system for determining game outcomes. All game results are determined by a cryptographic hash of a server seed, client seed, and round nonce, which can be independently verified.

VDT tokens used on the Platform have real monetary value. You acknowledge and accept that gaming involves the risk of losing your deposited tokens. The Platform does not guarantee any returns or winnings.

4. Account and Wallet

The Platform uses non-custodial Ethereum-compatible wallets for authentication and fund management. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet. We have no ability to recover lost private keys or reverse on-chain transactions.

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) is fraudulent or deceptive; (c) circumvents or interferes with any security measures; or (d) involves funds derived from unlawful activity.

5. Token Economics and Burns

The Platform operates with a token burn mechanism. A portion of each wager may be permanently burned (destroyed) from circulation in accordance with the Platform's smart contract configuration. Burned tokens cannot be recovered. By wagering, you acknowledge and consent to this mechanism.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gaming can be addictive and that it is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity responsibly. We strongly encourage you to set personal limits and to stop playing if gaming is causing negative consequences in your life.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, and software, is the property of Vendetta Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VENDETTA GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF TOKENS OR DIGITAL ASSETS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in the Polygon network, third-party wallets, or price feed providers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform's security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral systems
• Impersonate another user, person, or entity

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
