The Last Stand — A Wild West Tower Defense You Can Play in the Browser

The Last Stand is a free wild west tower defense game where outlaws ride the road toward your town and five kinds of gunhand stand between them and it. Three maps, one engine: a drawn road to fortify, open ground to maze, and five lanes to hold at once. Everyone gets the same map and the same waves each day.

How to Play The Last Stand

Pick a mode, then arm a gunhand from the bar below the board and tap the ground to place it. Kills pay gold and clearing a wave pays more, so every wave is a decision about whether to add a gun or save for a better one. On Canyon Run there is no road at all: the outlaws route around whatever you build, so your towers are the maze. You cannot wall them in completely, and a placement that would is refused.

Why Players Choose The Last Stand

1

Three modes on one engine: a fixed road, an open maze, and five parallel lanes

2

Five towers and six outlaw types, from riders that outrun your guns to a boss that soaks a whole line of them

3

The same map and the same wave order for every player each day, so how far you got is a real comparison

Frequently Asked Questions

Is The Last Stand free to play?

Yes. The daily run is free for everyone, with no wallet and no signup, the same as The Quick Draw.

How is my score verified?

The game is a deterministic simulation, so your run is replayed on our server from the towers you placed rather than trusted from your browser. A score cannot be edited after the fact.

What happens if I block the path completely on Canyon Run?

You cannot. Before a tower is committed the game checks that a route to the town still exists, and refuses the placement if it does not. Mazing is about making the walk long, not about sealing it off.
